"ZAIKO" has undergone a year since the industry's first electronic ticket-based paid live streaming was conducted, and is now committed to further expanding a platform that allows artists and fans to connect directly, centered around electronic tickets (Direct to Fan = D2F model), while launching a renewed brand logo and HP design to develop digital services that prioritize artists and event organizers in a multifaceted manner.

ZAIKO was established in January 2019 as a white-label electronic ticket platform service. In March 2020, in response to the global spread of COVID-19, live events were inevitably canceled, and ZAIKO launched a paid electronic ticket live streaming service faster than anyone else, contributing to new expressions and revenue opportunities for artists and event organizers. A year has passed since the launch of this paid electronic ticket live streaming service, and we are once again determined to expand D2F model digital services under the philosophy of prioritizing artists and event organizers that ZAIKO advocates. We renewed our brand logo and HP design to express ZAIKO's diverse and innovative corporate image.

Currently, on ZAIKO day (315), we are implementing the "ZAIKO Live Streaming 1st Anniversary Big Up! Project," where various campaigns and special content are conducted for about a month and a half to commemorate the first year of live streaming. This renewal of the brand logo and HP design serves as a declaration of intent for future growth with a sense of speed as a D2F platform that embodies the philosophy of prioritizing artists and event organizers within this project. The new logo expresses the depth of diverse services based on ZAIKO’s digital platform, the corporate stance to challenge multifaceted service development, and the diversity of its workforce. The moment that connects organizers and fans, a concept of the D2F platform, is formed in the shape of "Z," visualizing the importance of "D2F" while creating the logo's shape through a combination of diverse shapes, expressing various services and content that exist within ZAIKO's space, and representing ZAIKO's future as a comprehensive digital platform with a high degree of freedom.

ZAIKO will continue to develop multifaceted services centered on digital platforms that prioritize artists and organizers, leading the new normal in the live entertainment industry.

■ Message from ZAIKO COO Lauren Rose Kocher ZAIKO was the first to introduce live streaming services in March 2020, and thanks to the support from many users who purchased streaming tickets, we have been able to advance our business to this point. To further expand this new market of digital events with artists and organizers, we have renewed our branding with the logo and ZAIKO's website as a declaration of our future challenges. We believe we have created a logo design that expresses the D2F model that ZAIKO advocates, the diversity of employees working at ZAIKO, and the digital platform that includes artists and event organizers as well as the diverse fans beyond them. As the first phase, we have partially renewed the website design based on the logo design, but we plan to implement various product rebranding and UI/UX renewal after May, so please continue to look forward to the evolving ZAIKO!
