How to Use ZAIKO E-Tickets: From Purchase to the Day of the Event

STEP 1: Purchase a ticket
Select a ticket from the ZAIKO event page and complete the payment. We support multiple payment methods, including credit cards and convenience store payments.

STEP 2: Check your ticket on My Page
After purchase, the QR code ticket will be displayed on your ZAIKO My Page (via a smartphone browser or app).

STEP 3: Check-in button becomes active 2 hours before the event starts
The "Check-in" button on the ticket is grayed out until the event approaches. The check-in button becomes active 2 hours before the event start time you have set.

STEP 4: Present your QR code at the venue gate
On the day of the event, simply display the QR code on your smartphone screen at the venue gate and hold it over the staff's reader. Scan to complete entry!
