We are pleased to announce the launch of a trading function on the subscription-based fan platform "ONEFAN" (https://onefan.id/), which allows fans to hold NFT membership cards with serial numbers of their favorite creators or brands.

"ONEFAN" allows fans to acquire a digital membership certificate with a serial number (ONEFAN ID NFT) by subscribing to their favorite creator accounts. Recently, a feature allowing members to trade ID cards with serial numbers has been launched. The addition of this trading feature enables creators to stimulate the enthusiasm within their fan communities and create added value through NFT trading that is not available in traditional fan community services or subscription services.

Fans can select an ID with their preferred number and make a trade offer by stating their desired purchase amount (minimum 500 yen and up). The owners of the offered ID will receive notifications of the offer through the bidding function and can choose whether to accept the offer or not. If a trade is successfully completed, 90% of the trading amount will be paid to the owner, 7% to the creator, and 3% to the platform. The implementation of the trading feature allows creators providing accounts to trigger trades among fans by attaching different benefits to each number, further enhancing the community's enthusiasm and clarifying potential core fans.

■What is ONEFAN?
"ONEFAN" is a subscription-based NFT fan platform that allows fans to hold digital membership certificates of their favorite creators and brands. Every time fans subscribe to a creator account, a membership evidence (ONEFAN ID NFT) with a serial number, which proves their fan status, is issued.

・How to open an account:
By registering thumbnail images, profiles, and bank account information for receiving sales proceeds, you can start using the service. There are no initial costs. Once fans register for a subscription, they can start earning revenue. All creators (artists, musicians, idols, YouTubers, actors, etc.), restaurants, salons, live houses, business people, and all intellectual property holders can start subscriptions.

■Overview of Trading
Fans can select their desired ONEFAN ID they wish to acquire on their account and make a trade offer by stating their desired purchase amount (minimum offer amount: 500 yen).

・Offer Process
①Offer
Offers will be notified to the ID owners through the bidding function. The ID owner will choose whether to accept or decline the offer within 72 hours. If the offer is accepted, the trade will be completed.
②Trade
After the trade is completed, the amount after the fee is deducted from the sales (trade amount) will be deposited into the wallet of the owner who sold the ID. The IDs will then be exchanged.

※Trading fees: 90% of the trade goes to the NFT owner, and 3% goes to the platform fee. 7% of the trade goes back to the creators.
※In addition to the above fees, there is a 5% credit fee.
※Wallet: Payments and transfers will be made from registered actual bank accounts and credit cards.
