We are pleased to announce the implementation of the new ticket feature for ZAIKO, which will allow access to multiple live streams occurring within a single event from one ticket, known as the "Multi-Streaming Feature."

Until now, it was only possible to support one live stream per ticket, which meant that events involving festivals or multiple streams could only sell different types of tickets. However, with the "Multi-Streaming Feature," access to multiple live streams can be achieved from one ticket.

With this feature, artists and event organizers can provide fans with the option to watch video footage captured from various angles, offering a unique experience that only online events can provide. Additionally, they can share not just the main live performance, but also behind-the-scenes footage with fans through one ticket. For example, a pre-show message video from the artist can be shared as special content, or footage of the after-party after the live event.

Moving forward, ZAIKO will continue to elevate the live experience through digital technology and support artists, event organizers, and their fans by delivering high-quality live entertainment.
