The white-label electronic ticket sales platform "ZAIKO" has launched multiple currency payment and multi-language DIY lottery features for e-ticket sales, the first in Japan.

ZAIKO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Singapore, CEO: Malek Nasser), which operates its own developed electronic ticket sales platform, has launched a multilingual white-label electronic ticket sales platform named 'ZAIKO' as of November 2019. This platform offers Japan’s first-ever multi-currency payment option for e-ticket sales, along with a multilingual DIY lottery feature and digital marketing tools for user information analysis, called 'Member Connect.'

'ZAIKO' is a highly secure e-ticket sales system developed in-house, supporting multiple languages such as Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. Currently, customer support is also available in multiple languages. Since November 2019, multi-currency payments for ticket sales have become possible, too.

■ ZAIKO is the first and only in Japan! Multi-currency e-ticket sales and payments available

With ZAIKO, multiple currencies such as Japanese yen, New Taiwan dollar, and Singapore dollar can be used for payments when selling e-tickets. Other companies also engage in e-ticket sales, but ZAIKO is the first in the industry to enable multi-currency payments, and currently, our system is the only one doing so.

With such system advantages, it becomes possible to settle payments in local currency when hosting events locally. Furthermore, when selling tickets for inbound events aimed at attracting customers from Asian and other countries, there is support for credit cards issued in various countries, which provides significant advantages compared to other companies.

■ Multilingual DIY lottery also realized for the first time in Japan

Additionally, along with the start of multi-currency payments, ZAIKO has introduced a new feature for DIY lotteries for e-tickets, which can be held in Chinese. The DIY lottery allows event organizers or artists to conduct their own ticket sales lotteries, with the freedom to select winners within the system. Winning results are emailed only to the ticket winners, and the ticket purchase link is notified simultaneously. Furthermore, the DIY lottery supports multiple languages, including Chinese, English, and Korean, allowing the same mechanism for running DIY lotteries in Chinese. This feature is also uniquely available through ZAIKO.

■ Digital marketing tool useful for user information analysis - Member Connect

Additionally, the digital marketing tool 'Member Connect' has become available since November 2019 to analyze user information and understand their characteristics. This tool allows for user segmentation, precise targeting, and sending targeted emails.

With ZAIKO, the centralized user data obtained can be maximized. For example, user data collected from past events can be segmented by location, genre, and age, allowing emails to be sent to specific users only. Additionally, trends during similar past events can be analyzed, enabling targeted outreach during the announcements of the next events. Furthermore, even after the event has ended, notifications about events can be sent to obtained users via email, regardless of the time elapsed.

Tickets can be sold not just through the event organizer’s owned media, but also through our affiliated media. Thus, ticket sales offers can be made by selecting media that matches the genre and concept of your own event. This makes it possible to enhance event listings through media collaborations. We also offer various paid plans catering to event organizers' requests, such as targeted promotional plans focused on inbound customers.
