In 2019, ZAIKO was born as a startup company for electronic tickets, which were still unfamiliar in Japan at the time.

ZAIKO (Tickets)

An electronic ticket platform "ZAIKO" that allows anyone to sell their own tickets.

With "ZAIKO", organizers and artists can have their own ticket sales pages, and it is a white-label platform with various settings tailored to the organizer's needs. Tickets can be sold as completely original ones while maintaining your own branding.

It supports six languages (Japanese, English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean), and payments are accepted not only from internationally issued credit cards but also through PayPal and WeChat Pay! The management screen allows for real-time confirmation of the attributes and statistics of ticket buyers. It provides purchaser data that has been difficult for event organizers to grasp until now.

Furthermore, by utilizing the self-developed video player "ZAIKO LIVE", you can centrally manage everything from ticket issuance to sales and video distribution. "ZAIKO LIVE" is specially designed for distribution on the "ZAIKO" platform and has built a distribution infrastructure capable of withstanding millions of viewers.

The sound quality and video quality maintain the highest standards as before, allowing it to be used not only for live streaming but also as a video-on-demand service.

Recently, combining real events with online events (video distribution) has become the key to success, allowing many more people than the venue capacity to participate from around the world.

ZAIKO Borderless (International Promotion)

A new marketing tool from "ZAIKO" that allows Japanese artists and event organizers to promote to overseas fans, "ZAIKO Borderless".

By collaborating with local marketing partners in South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and the Philippines, it has become possible not only to sell tickets overseas but also to localize and disseminate information about events tailored to each country.

Overseas marketing partners include Taiwan's "The New Lens" and Singapore/Philippines' "bandwagon", "Japan Concert Tickets", and "JaME-World", as well as ticket companies such as Hong Kong's "Ticketflap" and "Clockenflap". Moving forward, we will analyze the recognition of hosting events/artists in each country and aim to collaborate with marketing partners to provide more effective promotions.

ZAIKO ENCORE (Subscription Video Distribution Service)

A subscription-based premium member service that also leads to secondary revenue for artists and event operators, "ZAIKO ENCORE".

By becoming an encore member for a monthly fee of 600 yen (tax included), the archive period of the events for which tickets have been purchased can be extended (this is limited to content permitted by ZAIKO Encore profile partners with purchased tickets), and archived live content can be viewed in higher sound and video quality than usual.

In addition, you can access the "ZAIKO Encore Theater", where you can watch past live content distributed within ZAIKO at any time, allowing you to experience the excitement and thrill of live events repeatedly.

By using "ZAIKO ENCORE", artists and event operators can create opportunities to connect with fans even after live streaming, providing a multifaceted opportunity for secondary revenue from distributed content without the need to package DVDs, especially in the challenging situation for the live entertainment industry caused by the decline in live income due to COVID.

A new service that allows artists/event organizers to operate their own subscription-based digital platform, "ZAIKO LABO".

By using "ZAIKO LABO", you can have your own digital platform and deliver various video-centered content directly to fans.

You are free to set the subscription pricing and the content to be distributed, enabling monetization of original video content that has not been able to be monetized until now, such as past live footage and behind-the-scenes material, facilitating direct fan marketing by artists/event organizers.

ZAIKO ZERO (Zero Commission Live Streaming)

"ZAIKO ZERO" is a service that allows you to sell live streaming tickets faster, easier, and free of charge compared to the regular electronic ticket platform service "ZAIKO".

Usually, to hold a live streaming event, it is necessary to open an account on ZAIKO and set up individual event and ticket information, but with "ZAIKO ZERO", it is possible to easily hold ticket sales and live streaming from "zero".

By simply entering the ticket information of the streaming event through the form placed on the special page, ticket sales will automatically begin. You can also use ZAIKO's tipping function, "STICKITS".

Also, with "ZAIKO ZERO", there are no initial costs, running costs, or ticket selling fees, allowing you to hold streaming events with "zero" risk.

Although there are some functional limitations in "ZAIKO ZERO", it is recommended for those who want to easily conduct video streaming events compared to "ZAIKO"!

ZAIKO Seed (Event Investment Project)

A new support project that partially covers the initial costs of event implementation for artists and businesses considering implementing digital events during the COVID pandemic, "ZAIKO Seed".

"ZAIKO Seed" is a new service that allows for the bulk purchase of a certain number of event tickets planned to be held on "ZAIKO" and payment of the ticket purchase price to the organizer before the event is held. Organizers can use the ticket purchase price, which "ZAIKO" pays, for the initial costs of conducting live events, reducing the burden and making it easier to hold live streaming events than ever before.

Through this project, we aim to support artists and event organizers and contribute to the further excitement of the live entertainment industry.
