Background and purpose of the Partnership

SKIYAKI develops and operates a platform that globally supports the creative activities of all kinds of creators. They launched the all-in-one platform "Bitfan," which offers essential tools for creators, including fan clubs, online stores, ticket sales, and live streaming. Currently, the total number of paid members across SKIYAKI's platforms exceeds 1 million.

Zaiko, established in 2019, has been hosting live streaming events for fans worldwide and has paid-out over 15 billion yen to creators since 2019.  Their original mission was to create an environment where creators could continue their activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, Zaiko supports creators by providing revenue opportunities, connecting creators to their global fanbase, allowing creators to focus on their creative activities.

Through this partnership, both companies aim to build a collaborativesales structure structure, leveraging their respective areas of expertise, and assets, to provide comprehensive support for artists, creators, and event organizers. This partnership seeks to enhance convenience and entertainment value, as well as expand the market.
