SKIYAKI Inc. develops and operates a platform that globally supports the creative activities of all creators. They launched an all-in-one platform called “Bitfan,” providing functions necessary for creative activities such as fan clubs, e-commerce stores, ticket sales, and live streaming. Currently, the number of paid members across all platforms operated by SKIYAKI has exceeded 1 million.

On the other hand, ZAIKO Corporation, established in 2019, has hosted live streaming events for fans around the world and has provided over 15 billion yen to creators since 2019, creating an environment where creators can continue their activities even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, they make every effort to support creators in generating revenue opportunities, connecting creators with fans around the world.

Through this business partnership, both companies will establish a cooperative framework in sales, utilizing each party's strengths, know-how, and assets to provide comprehensive support for artists, creators, and event organizers, aiming to enhance convenience and entertainment value as well as expand the market.

Future Plans
We will conduct account linkage between Bitfan and ZAIKO, as well as various integrations to build a more efficient and effective system, providing new value to the entertainment industry.
