(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "Eventify"), which provides event and ticket solutions, have entered into a strategic partnership agreement aimed at maximizing the value of live events.

In the diversifying live entertainment market, it is essential to build a seamless ticket sales system and a cross-border distribution infrastructure to fully realize the value of content offered by artists and organizers to fans around the world.
Through this partnership, ZAIKO will provide its advanced distribution platform and technology for live events acquired by Eventify. By combining the strengths of both companies, we will co-create a higher quality experience in the areas of "ticket sales" and "live streaming" not only for domestic fans but also for overseas fans.
