We are pleased to announce that our subscription premium membership service "ZAIKO Encore," which was launched in November last year, will be renewed under the new name "ZAIKO Premium."

"ZAIKO Premium" is a subscription-based membership service that allows you to enjoy various ZAIKO services, including live content, at a premium level for a monthly fee of 600 yen (tax included). ZAIKO started live streaming with an electronic ticketing system in March 2020, ahead of all others, establishing a platform where artists and event organizers can connect directly with fans through tickets. In order to provide users of ZAIKO with an unprecedented rich live experience, we launched a subscription-based membership service called "ZAIKO Encore." The main service, the video-on-demand service "Encore Theater," specializes in live video and allows unlimited viewing of previously held live streaming videos on ZAIKO, creating opportunities for music fans to discover artists and music they have never known before and offering a unique music life experience that can only be had here.

Additionally, with the renewal, a new feature "+HD Audio" is now available, allowing you to enjoy live streaming at high quality of up to 384kbps, which is double the previous sound quality of 192kbps, at no additional cost. Furthermore, with "+Archive," users can select the archive period according to their diverse viewing styles, providing a new era of live experiences tailored to various user needs. "ZAIKO Premium" aims to be a comprehensive digital platform unique to ZAIKO that creates secondary revenue opportunities from distributed content, acquires new fans, and enhances engagement with existing fans, not only for live and music fans but also for artists and event organizers in the struggling live entertainment industry.

ZAIKO will continue to develop artist and organizer-first services centered on digital platforms and lead the new normal in the live entertainment industry.

① +Archive
+Archive is a ticket with an archive period (14 days/30 days) that allows for longer viewing of live streams than usual. Premium members can purchase tickets with their preferred length of archive period to suit their viewing styles. You can check the events that support +Archive on the WEB page (https://zaiko.io/events/upcoming).

② Encore Theater
This is a video-on-demand (VOD) service exclusive to premium members. You can enjoy unlimited viewing of various live entertainment videos, including music, theater, events, comedy, and e-sports.

+HD Audio is an additional option that allows you to enjoy live events in the highest sound quality. Premium members can enjoy live streaming at high quality of up to 384kbps without paying extra fees.
*We plan to continue to offer various premium member-exclusive services. (Live streaming in 4K high definition / special events exclusive to premium members / ZAIKO points / group viewings, etc.)

■For Artists

Traditionally, the methods for secondary revenue from live content were limited to creating DVDs of live video or posting on video distribution platforms, but by providing content to "Encore Theater," artists can establish a new revenue model through the secondary use of live video. In addition to the contract fees for the posted videos, we also offer various incentives to organizers using ZAIKO. Furthermore, by supporting +Archive, it is possible to increase revenue opportunities through tips and other methods while allowing fans to enjoy their viewing experiences more freely, even outside of the event day.
