With the introduction of Amazon Pay, purchasers who have an Amazon.co.jp account will be able to purchase tickets on ZAIKO more smoothly using the information registered to their Amazon account.

Making Ticket Purchases Smoother with Amazon Pay Support

Until now, ZAIKO has provided a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, convenience store payments, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

With the new introduction of Amazon Pay, customers will now be able to purchase tickets using their Amazon.co.jp accounts.

By reducing the burden of entering required information at the time of purchase, we aim to provide a smoother and more comfortable ticket purchasing experience.

Organizers Can Introduce Amazon Pay with Simple Setup

Event organizers can start using Amazon Pay immediately through simple configuration in the ZAIKO management screen.

*Amazon Pay will be available for events once the organizer has completed the setup.
*This rollout of Amazon Pay applies to events sold in Japanese Yen by domestic organizers.
*It will first launch for regular ticket sale payments and is scheduled to be expanded to other services sequentially.

Campaign Planned to Give Away Amazon Gift Cards

To commemorate the introduction of Amazon Pay, an Amazon Gift Card campaign is scheduled for the fall of 2026, targeting those who purchase tickets on ZAIKO using Amazon Pay.

Details of the campaign will be announced on ZAIKO's official website and official social media accounts as soon as they are finalized.
