[ Revision of System Usage Fee at Ticket Purchase ]
At ZAIKO, we have been striving to provide services while minimizing the burden on organizers and users as much as possible.

However, due to recent price increases, the costs of operating and maintaining server infrastructure, and increased payment-related costs, we have decided to revise a part of the system usage fee at the time of ticket purchase in order to maintain service quality and continue a stable operational system.

■ Effective Date (Date of Effect)
Applicable from tickets set after April 14, 2026 (Tuesday)

◾️ Details of the Revision・Target: All paid tickets sold through ZAIKO

Example)

*Free tickets are not applicable
*Tickets created before April 13, 2026, will not incur the above purchase fees. *After this revision, the basic structure of the fee model, with costs borne by organizers and users, will remain unchanged.

■ Future Policy
This revision aims to invest in the foundation that supports event holding, including strengthening systems to provide a stable purchase experience during high traffic, continuous improvement of entry and reception functions on the day of the event, and maintaining and enhancing support systems in case of trouble.

In the future, we will continue to strive to provide a ticket sales and entry service that can be used with confidence by organizers and users.
