[Important] Notice of changes to ZAIKO purchase fees
News

Thank you very much for always using ZAIKO.
At ZAIKO, in order to continue maintaining an environment where everyone can enjoy events with peace of mind and safety, we will revise the ticket purchase fees effective April 14, 2026.
Until now, ZAIKO has strived to provide our services while keeping the burden on customers as low as possible. However, due to recent inflation and rising costs such as system maintenance expenses for stable site operation and payment processing fees, we have unavoidably decided to make this partial revision.
This revision will be used for investments to deliver a better service experience to everyone, including system enhancements that enable smooth ticket purchases even during periods of heavy traffic, improvements to smooth entry functions on event days, and expanded support systems in case of unexpected issues.

*The above is an example of revised amounts. Please check the actual fee amount at the time of ticket purchase.
*Please note that this change applies only to invoices issued in Japanese Yen (JPY). Invoices issued in Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) are not subject to this change.
■ Application Start Date
Applies to tickets newly put on sale on or after Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
*For tickets that have been on sale since on or before Monday, April 13, 2026, the previous fee amounts will apply.
■ Scope of Revision
All paid tickets sold on ZAIKO are subject to this revision.
*No purchase fee will continue to be charged for free tickets.
Going forward, as a partner supporting your valuable entertainment experiences, we will continue striving to provide services that are even easier to use and more reliable.
We sincerely ask for your understanding.
