We are excited to announce the release of a new lottery feature in Zaiko Creator Services. Designed to be used during ticket sales, this feature is perfect for high-demand events, allowing only winners to purchase tickets from a pool applicants.

【Creating Lottery Tickets】

You can enable the lottery feature either during ticket creation or from the "Lottery Settings" menu. Simply set the start and end times for the lottery application period, and easily manage all lottery-related settings within the ticket creation process.

【Advanced Lottery Features】

• Winner Selection: Choose winners automatically or manually to meet the specific needs of your event.
• Ban List Settings: Enable the ban list to exclude certain applicants from being selected as winners.
• Automatic Payment Setup: Smooth out the ticket payment process for winners by enabling automatic credit card payments.
• Customizable Emails: Automatically send notifications to winners and non-winners, with fully customizable templates.
• Prevent Duplicate Wins: Ensure that applicants do not win multiple tickets for the same event.

【Manual Winner Selection Page】

Use the filter function to manually select winners based on criteria such as gender, payment method, or the number of tickets applied for. You can also randomly select a set number of winners.

【Lottery Results Management Page】

This page provides a table where you can easily view lottery results and the current payment status (e.g. waiting for convenience store payment). This allows you to easily track and manage the progress of both winners and non-winners.
