1.Scheduled sending

No more need to manually send emails! You can now schedule your emails to be sent automatically at a time that works best for you.

 

2. Automatic emails for future purchasers

Ensure all ticket purchasers stay informed! After you send or schedule an email, our system can automatically deliver the same message to anyone who buys your ticket later.

Use case: Share important venue details and perks the moment ticket sales go live so your customers have all the key info right after purchase.

3. Enhanced recipient selection

Our recipient selection tool is now smarter and more flexible!
Filter by ticket type: Target specific groups with ease.
Search for specific users: Quickly find and exclude users by name or order code.
Bulk search: Easily select multiple users by pasting order codes directly from a text file.


 

4. Email duplication

Save time with our new duplication feature! Easily duplicate emails within the same event, copying the subject, content, and images with a single click.

 

5. Test sending

Want to ensure your emails look perfect? Now you can send test emails to profile admins, letting you preview the final look before sending them to purchasers.

 

6. Major design upgrade

We’ve given our email system a fresh new design! With an updated, intuitive interface, your experience will be smoother and more user-friendly than ever.
